Sanskaar Varga organised by VKZPV Port Mout at School Premises
On
25th July 2025, the Sanskaar Varga conducted by the students with the
enthusiastic participation of 56 students from Class VII A & B. The session
began at 1:35 PM with three Omkaras, followed by the Shantipath and Karmayoga
shloka, setting a positive tone for the event.
The
yoga session that followed included Ardha Kati Chakrasana, Padahastasana, and
Ardha Chakrasana, promoting discipline, balance, and self-awareness. Students
then practiced three agyas — Nishchalo Bhava, Susthito Bhava, and Swastho
Bhava, further enhancing their mental and physical well-being.
Engaging
games like Namastey Ji and Akash Dharti Pataal brought fun and excitement to
the session, while the geet "Chale Nirantar" added a creative
element. A storytelling session featuring the unsung hero "Tiruppur Kumaran", shared by
student Ainesh Tutty, inspired the students.
The
session concluded with students expressing their thoughts and reflections.The
Sanskaar Varga was a resounding success, providing students with a unique
opportunity to develop their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The
event promoted discipline, self-awareness, and teamwork among the students,
making it a valuable experience for all participants.
