Report on Gita Jayanti
On
11th December 2024, Gita Jayanti was celebrated in our Vidyalaya.
Gita Jayanti is an auspicious Hindu Celebration commemorating the initiation of
Srimad Bhagvad Gita which translates as the supreme Lord’s song.
On
this special day Swami Bhramanandji was the Chief Guest. The program began with
lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest followed by Ekya Mantra by the students.
Smti. Sabita Devi, Principal gave the welcome address. Ansh Kumar of Class 7th
delivered a speech on significance of Gita Jayanti. Swami Bhramanandji enlightened
us with his kind words.
On
the account of Gita Jayanti, Essay Writing Competition and Gita Chanting were
held in our Vidyalaya in which students from various schools participated and bagged
the prizes.
The
Chief Guest felicitated the prize winners and whole program was anchored by one
of our teachers Miss. R Simran.
The
vote of thanks was proposed by one of our teacher Shri. N Nitish Raj.
