On 28th December 2024, Kendra Vargha was conducted in the school premises of VKZPV Port Mout. The program began with lighting the lamp with 3 Omkaras and the Shantipath, followed by Agyaa Abhyas like Nishchalo bhava and Susthito bhava. Yoga Abhyas like Vrikshasana, Tadasana and Ardhakoti Chakrasana were performed for the wellness of mind and body. Leader Change game was conducted for parents and teachers. Altogether 31 teachers and 40 parents actively participated. Lastly we ended the program with slogans and Shanti path.
