On 07th November
2025, Kendra Varga was conducted at Lal
Pahad, Chouldari. The session began at 2:45 PM with three Omkaras, followed by
the Shantipath and Karmayoga shloka. Agyaa Abhyas like Nishchalo bhava and
Susthito bhava were performed followed
by Yoga Abhyas like Vrikshasana and
Tadasana for the wellness of mind and body.
Engaging games like Fal
Sabji and Ping Pong brought fun and excitement to the session. A patriotic song
' Chandan hai is desh ki maati ' sung by one of teachers followed by a Charcha
on ' Amrut Parivar '.
Altogether 22 parents
and 08 teachers actively participated in the event. Lastly the programme
concluded with Avlokan by Miss Sujata
Biswas followed by Shanti Mantra.
