Report on Matru Pooja
On 4th February 2025,our
school organized Matru Pooja for the students of classes X and XII. At first
the Principal of the School Smti. Sabita Devi extended her welcome Speech. The pooja
was concluded by offering flowers and Chanting shlokas. As a part of the
celebration the students washed their mothers feet and applied chandan and
kumkum. The students worshiped their mother and took their blessings. The students
and mothers fed sweets to each other.
On the other hand pooja was
performed by Shri. Shiv Kumar Diwedi,
teacher of VKV Sri Vijaya Puram. He said the importance of mother in everybody’s
life. The students and parents shared their experience. The function concluded with Shanti mantra.
