He emphasized that students and parents place immense trust in teachers, and it is the teacher’s responsibility to honour, nurture, and uphold that trust. He urged teachers to make children genuinely interested in their subjects by motivating and engaging them meaningfully. He also reminded everyone that Swami Vivekananda should remain at the centre of every activity conducted in the school, as his ideals provide the true direction and purpose of education.

He encouraged teachers to cultivate regular reading habits and to practice Swadhyay and Prawachan, as these are essential for personal and professional growth. Finally, he reminded teachers to take care of every child with sincerity, affection, and commitment, as a teacher plays a crucial and transformative role in a student’s life. The meeting concluded with Kendra Prarthana.
