78^th Independence Day

On 15^th August 2024, we celebrated Independence Day in our Vidyalaya with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. It is a remarkable day when we honor and respect all our freedom fighters who fought for India’s freedom.

Today’s Chief Guest was Shri P.A.Sharfuddin Up-Adhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman and Shri. Renshi Dhamain Tirkey (Kudo Coach Andaman) Ex- Serviceman, PTI Indian Army was the special guest for the occasion.

They were greeted by the school Principal Smti. Sabita Devi. The Chief Guest and the special guest were honoured by the school band troop. The program started with the hoisting of the tricolor flag by the chief Guest Shri. P.A. Sharfuddin. It was followed by the National Anthem. Around 710 students, 29 Teaching Staff and 05 Non-Teaching Staff were present students show cased their Kudo skills followed by a patriotic song and dance. The chief Guest and the special guest motivated the students with their inspirational words.

Lastly the program concluded with Vote of Thanks by one of our Teachers Smti. Deviya Shoshan Dhanwar.
